Owner and founder of SharkEye. He boasts a degree in Philosophy, so if he looks deep in thought, that's why. When he's not running his global wheel alignment enterprise, he can be found chasing after his three young children - with half an eye on the fortunes of Leeds United.

Accounts & Finance Manager
Before joining SharkEye, Rozina, a Chartered Accountant, worked for major brands including Disney and Universal. Outside work she’s taking flying lessons with a view to gaining a pilot’s licence.
SIMON EVANS
Brand and Growth Director
Driving SharkEye's franchise strategy, property investment, marketing and communications, Simon is an ex-journalist turned PR man who has worked previously at Thames Water and Network Rail. Family, road cycling, rugby and gym keep him occupied outside work.
FAIZ SHAININGWALA
Fasep Products Manager / Production
Specialising in all things Fasep, the Italian manufacturer of premium-grade wheel aligners, which SharkEye enjoys sole UK distribution rights for. Faiz has a diploma and a degree in engineering. He's also a Level 5 network engineer. And like his brother, he hits the gym regularly.
CAROLINE GIBSON
Quality Control Officer / Production
A teacher by trade who recently made the move to the production floor of her husband Carl's business. When she's not calibrating wheel aligners, Caroline is looking after her young family - or, if she gets a moment, doing jigsaws.
LAURA TOMLINSON
Office Manager / Customer Support
Like SharkEye's world-beating products, Laura also boasts the prestigious 'Made in Sheffield' mark, having been born and raised in the area. She keeps day-to-day activities, including international shipping, moving smoothly. Mum to three children.
EVAN SIMS
Franchise Co-ordinator / Production
In charge of technical product training and operations as SharkEye embarks on its next chapter: van-based franchises across the UK and beyond. When not at work, Evan is a devotee of his family, the gym and Notts Forest FC.
LINA BALZAREVICIUTE
Production Operative
Fabricating, calibrating and packing wheel aligners. Originally from Lithuania, Lina is now a South Yorkshire native with two young daughters keeping her more than occupied outside work.

Graphic Designer
Media and comms professional with a master’s degree in graphic design theory and practice, a subject in which he lectures. If it needs to be on-brand, Dave’s your man. Self-professed Wine conoisseur.

Director of Operations for India
R&D specialist based in Mumbai from whose university he has a degree in mechanical engineering. Outside work, you'll find Fahad in the gym "lifting heavy."

Graphic design, animation and mass media expert based in Mumbai. Wasim oversees SharkEye’s global e-commerce activities. In the past he has worked in the Bollywood film industry.

A father of two sons, Roger, a former teacher, lives in New Jersey with wife Sally. Roger oversees the Stateside operation including the import, storage and distribution of our products.
