Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Enrollment
Users can enroll in the SharkEye Bucks reward system by signing up on the website.
There are no membership fees; users need to sign up and can attain different tiers based on the number of SharkEye Bucks accumulated:
Silver: 0 - 999 SharkEye Bucks
Gold: 1000 - 1999 SharkEye Bucks
VIP: 2000+ SharkEye Bucks
Each tier has an increased earning rate compared to the previous tier.
4. Earning SharkEye Bucks
SharkEye Bucks are earned through purchases, referrals, and on birthdays.
For every £100 spent, users earn SharkEye Bucks based on their tier: Silver: 10 SharkEye Bucks Gold: 11 SharkEye Bucks VIP: 12 SharkEye Bucks
There is no maximum limit on the SharkEye Bucks that can be earned per transaction or day.
SharkEye Bucks are not earned on cancelled orders. If SharkEye Bucks are earned from a purchase and then the purchase is cancelled, resulting orders made with those SharkEye Bucks will also be cancelled and SharkEye Bucks deducted.
5. Using SharkEye Bucks
SharkEye Bucks can be redeemed against any purchase made on the website.
10 SharkEye Bucks equate to £1 in value.
There is no minimum SharkEye Buck threshold for redemption.
SharkEye Bucks do not expire.
SharkEye Bucks can be redeemed for a maximum of 10% of the value of the purchase.
6. SharkEye Bucks Management
Users can check their SharkEye Bucks balance in their account under "My SharkEye Bucks & Membership."
Disputes about SharkEye Bucks can be resolved by raising a ticket through product support.
7. Expiration and Termination
SharkEye Bucks do not expire.
Accounts exploiting any bugs or ways to earn more SharkEye Bucks will be permanently banned, and respective IP addresses will be blocked.
8. Modification of Terms
SharkEye Wheel Aligners UK Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Information collected from participants includes date of birth, name, company details, phone number, email, SharkEye Bucks earned, used, and available.
